Development, construction, financing, and operation of two solar plants with a
total installed capacity of 210 MW. Spread across 392 hectares, the facilities
include 320,000 photovoltaic panels, an electrical substation, and 9 km of high-
voltage transmission line connecting to the Pecém II substation.

They are expected to generate 465 GWh of clean energy annually, enough to supply
273,500 Brazilian households and prevent the emission of more than 45,800 tonnes of
CO₂ per year.
