Concession contract for the delivery of engineering works, supplies, civil engineering and assembly of around 1,270 km of 345 kV and 500 kV transmission lines, and two new substations.
This project is located mainly in the state of Minas Gerais, with a smaller extension in São Paulo. Its main objective is to expand transmission capacity in the northern region of Minas Gerais, which has significant potential for solar photovoltaic power generation. This expansion will enable this energy to be efficiently channelled to the main consumption centres, thus ensuring compliance with the reliability criteria of the National Interconnected System (SIN).
