Le projet porte sur un syst\u00e8me de transmission d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 900 m\u00e9gawatts, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du champ \u00e9olien offshore He Dreiht, au large de l&rsquo;\u00eele de Borkum, sur la c\u00f4te allemande de la mer du Nord.
